With Responder, you can speak to your patient remotely yet still give the patient a personal touch. When Responder is integrated with your CCTV system, you can conveniently view the patient's room from the nursing station, speak to the patient via the Responder system, and see the patient's condition on a monitor. In turn, the patient can also see you, making it easy to assess the situation and use your staff's time effectively.

Improving Patient Safety With Integrated Tracking and Alarms
Our ability to integrate with countless patient systems allows Responder systems to work for you.  Responder can communicate with your patient wandering or tracking system to send an alarm when a patient approaches an exit - ensuring your patient is monitored at all times. Responder also helps protect patients (and staff) from unwarranted access from outside a unit.  Door access restrictions can be integrated with Responder to create a notification in the case of a breach and allow you to see who is entering the unit.

Bettering Patient Care With Process Reminders 
Patients who stay immobile for long periods of time are susceptible to bed sores - that can be prevented through scheduled patient rotation. Responder can remind staff to perform this function regularly. Where patients proned to falls are concerned, Responder can also notify staff when a bed exit alarm is tripped or patients have fallen out of wheelchairs through chair pad alarming.
