Analog Clock Systems for Schools

Rauland's complete line of timekeeping solutions ensures your school or other facility is always on-time. All Rauland clock systems are designed for easy installation, minimal maintenance and various atomic clock synchronization options. A complete Rauland clock system offers an affordable, reliable timekeeping system backed by a 5 year warranty. With a completely synchronized clock system, everyone in your facility can maintain their schedule.

Wireless Analog Clocks
Wireless analog clocks
provide you with the same accuracy and reliability of a wired clock system but with greatly reduced installation time and costs. All wireless clocks are designed for increased durability and high efficiency by using high purity copper wire and a Tacane clock movement with Acetal gears. Rauland wireless clocks also take advantage of the 467MHz radio frequency for excellent wireless sync signal coverage that reduces the headend costs of a wireless clock system. Our wireless transmitter can also time synchronize Telecenter Communication Systems and Rauland wired clocks.

Wired Analog Clocks
Rauland provides the single-vendor solution by offering a complete analog clock line.  Analog clocks are available in twelve and sixteen inch models that can also be mounted in a double-face kit. The sturdy double-face kit can be attached to a wall or hung from the ceiling.  Rauland makes twelve inch analog clocks in both a 12-hour (TCCKAN12) and 24-hour (RCKAN12) dial. The 24-hour dial on the RCKAN12 is ideally suited for healthcare applications and also has the double-face mounting option.

Reduced Wiring Solutions
Reduce clock system costs and achieve the greatest reliability with no future maintenance required. Only Rauland analog clocks can receive power and time-synchronization signals using the intercom/paging speaker wires. This patent-pending technology minimizes installation costs while providing the reliability of a wired clock. Unlike wireless analog clocks, there is no additional cost for repeaters or continual maintenance expenses for battery replacement. To enable the Reduced Wiring option, simply slide the very inexpensive TCCKANEN Enhancer Module on the back of a new Rauland analog clock.

In the Reduced Wiring application, a DC power signal is injected at the intercom/paging system headend. At the remote room, the power signal is skimmed  from the speaker wires where it is connected to the analog clock. The same DC power signaling provides the appropriate correction sequence that the clock sees and adjusts its' time for complete, facility-wide clock synchronization using the intercom/paging speaker wires.
