Your resume will be reviewed by a Rauland-Borg Recruiting Manager. If the Recruiting Manager believes your qualifications and skills fit the requirements of the position, you will be contacted to schedulde a HR phone interview. Following this interview, your information will be fowarded to the hiring Manager. The next step in the process is an in-person interview with the hiring manager. The Recruiting Manager will contact the candidate when an offer is to be extended.
