Rauland's manufacturing department uses the latest technologies, extensive training, and consistent teamwork to give our products a cost, quality, and reliability advantage.

We have the lowest defect rate in the industry – reflecting our extraordinary commitment to quality – and we continue to work toward our goal of zero defects.  We speed product development and improve quality through the seamless integration of our CAD (computer aided design) and CAM (computer aided manufacturing) systems, while our state-of-the-art surface mount production machines reliably deliver the high-quality printed circuit boards used in most of our products.

We also use MRP (material requirement planning) software to integrate the tracking of inventory, customer orders, and production planning. This enables us to achieve yet another industry benchmark: 95% of our orders ship complete on the original promise date.

However, we also understand that to maximize the benefits of our extensive technology, we need dedicated people who take pride in their work and strive for continuous improvement.
