Training is one of our greatest strengths

Rauland-Borg's training classes are designed to mimic authentic field installations.  Equipment is actually installed and configured during the classes in an environment specially constructed to replicate actual field conditions. All possible options for equipment installation and operations are presented. Multiple classes covering different aspects of the installation are offered repeatedly throughout the calendar year.  

Rauland-Borg instructors are made up of trained, certified technical support personnel and/or the engineers who designed the system.  A variety of training methods are presented during classes which include: lecture, Power-Point presentations, videos, hands-on practice installing, programming and trouble-shooting the installed systems.  

Classes are continually adapted to include the latest products, new installation and trouble-shooting techniques, and feedback from class attendees.  Class sizes are restricted to ensure optimal instructor to student ratios for advanced learning and one-on-one personal instruction.
