Resident Check-In
Responder 4000 for assisted living environments gives staff the peace of mind that comes with knowing where residents are throughout the day. Not only are residents safer, but they're also more independent.

The resident check-in panel features a helpful flashing light "reminder" for residents to check in at designated times. (The option of a motion detector also allows "passive" check in.) When a resident fails to report, a call is sent to the nurse console alerting staff. Since staff are dispatched only to residents who may need help - productivity is not wasted and patient security is improved – with less effort and worry.  

Wireless Pendant
Residents independence is preserved by providing them a small, waterproof, wireless pendant to use in case of an emergency. A pendant allows them to move freely throughout the facility grounds – keeping help within easy reach. Each pendant is tamper-proof and completely monitored for safety measures.

Patient Wandering Systems
The Responder 4000 can be integrated with most patient wandering systems - reducing your facility's liability risk and providing a safe environment for residents with dementia.  An alarm gives staff instant notification – via nurse console, wireless phone, or pocket page – if a resident wanders off the property.

Door Alarm
Be instantly notified if a door is opened by unauthorized personnel by integrating the Responder 4000 to any door exit alarm.  If the alarm is activated, it will alert staff via the nurse console, wireless phone, or pocket page. The alarm can be canceled either at the door or remotely at a button station.
